Fui surpreendida no dia 29/12, em pleno recesso de final de ano e quando estava de férias no litoral norte, com a notícia dessa operação feita pelo Congresso Nacional na Lei Orçamentária Anual - LOA 2017 retirando verbas das áreas de Educação e CT&I. Dada a gravidade e urgência do assunto elaborei a nota anexa, subscrita por outras entidades da área de CT&I, que foi divulgada no dia 30/12/16, e teve repercussão na imprensa. Ressalto que a SBPC quando assina um manifesto representa também suas 134 sociedades associadas. Elaboramos agora um abaixo assinado online, a ser encaminhado ao Exmo. Sr. Presidente da República, para reversão dessa medida.
